Meet your instructor, Kara Levenda
Kara Levenda, founder of Strong Core Collective, is a 500+ hour certified Pilates instructor with studio teaching experience and a passion for making movement accessible to all.
Kara’s teaching style is supportive and tailored to each of her clients. Her depth of knowledge and expertise within the practice empowers her clients to achieve their goals.
With specialized training in injury recovery, post-surgery support, and pregnancy/postpartum, Kara adapts every session to your body and stage of life.
